Tips for selling your items on GyosHave great photos Take one or more photos of your item in a well-lit area. Pictures that are bright and sharp will aid tremendously in selling your item. Use a tripod when possible to ensure you have a photo that is in focus. Evenly distributed artificial or natural light is better than a camera's flash for most items. Upload the original camera photos, Gyos will automatically resize your photos to the proper specifications. Create a good title (Maximize your item Title) The title is the most important part of your ad and is critical in helping users find your ad. Be sure to include key words that buyers will search for, unique or descriptive attributes, and always check your spelling. There is a character limit so it is crucial to make the most of the space allowed. Offer a detailed description Your description should be well organized, concise and easy to read. Try to be as detailed as possible and anticipate questions a buyer may have. Make the most of Gyos and try to complete all the fields that are available to you. Research a proper price Find out what the item you are selling is worth by researching your item on other used good websites like Ebay. If you are receiving a good traffic rating but still not able to sell your item, try lowering your price. Unless you specify that your price is firm, you should expect to receive offers that are less then the asking price. Remember, buyers will more likely follow through with a purchase if they can get it for less then the asking price. Respond quickly to inquiries Always respond quickly to any buyer questions. There's a greater chance the buyer will follow through with a purchase if they can see that you are serious about selling your item. Remember to be friendly and make sure you are clearly answering the buyers questions. Be Honest Always be accurate and honest in your ad. Online shoppers tend to be Internet savvy and will often use Google or other websites to research the item you are selling to determine the accuracy of your ad and what is a fair price. |
